The room was clean and warm with a lovely
View of the street below. The comfortable beds, and the added touch of tea and water was appreciated. Be ready for a workout as there are many stairs to navigate before reaching reception.

The property was overall clean and SIMPLE. The staff was helpful and attentive and great to deal with. The idea to include a coffee maker and fridges in the triple room was nice. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval stone bridge was particularly good and stunning. We enjoyed this hotel and would come here again.

The room featured a tv and a mini fridge, a nice touch. Cleanliness stood out. My accommodations were tidy and well-maintained. Location-wise, it's just steps away from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and various cafes. Those stairs were quite a workout. I counted at least 74 steps to get to the hotel entrance! This could be a significant inconvenience if you're carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues. A good balance of comfort and access to Florence's highlights.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and major attractions like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was clean and modern, and I appreciated the mini fridge and complimentary water. Remember that you'll have to navigate about 74 steps to reach the hotel, so pack light if possible.

The location is excellent, only a few blocks from the Duomo and many other city attractions. There is a nice cafe (bar) for coffee, food, and cups of ice directly across the street. FREE WIFI! The quality was great for the relatively low price of the stay. The hotel has a unique Italian or European feel and layout where it's probably a very old building that has been renovated as a hotel (never been to a hotel like this in the US). We were upgraded at no charge to a private bathroom, which certainly won't always happen, but started our stay on a perfect note!
The hotel is located on about the fourth floor with no elevator... at least you get some extra exercise. The beds were poor compared to most hotels and inns in the US (no box-spring) but this doesn't appear to be uncommon in Europe. There was no ice machine, which is again not uncommon in Europe.

Very clean and modern rooms.
Climbing over 70 steps with our luggage was exhausting, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The noise from the street and the reception area disrupted our sleep multiple times .

This hotel don't provide air condition. Don't ever go to this hotel during the summer time, you will get a heat stroke at the hotel room!!!!!
